NAIS Member and Subscriber Types

Full Member: Independent, non-profit school in the U.S. that meets all the requirements for NAIS membership, including full NAIS-approved accreditation.

Provisional Member: Independent, non-profit school in the U.S. in the process of meeting all NAIS requirements for membership.

Premium Subscriber: U.S. independent, proprietary school or international school that opts for a high level of affiliation with NAIS.

New Independent School Subscriber: Newly founded (in operation for five or fewer years), independent, non-profit school in the U.S..

International Subscriber: Independent, non-profit school located outside of the U.S..

Multi-Campus School: A satellite campus of a member or subscriber school.
