The NAIS Annual Conference is the largest annual gathering of independent school leaders, administrators, and teachers. It is the meeting place for thousands of professionals to network, share ideas, develop skills and knowledge, and celebrate independent education.

Programming includes more than 100 one-hour sessions led by independent school practicioners, association leaders, and consultants. They present new ideas and/or best practices on topics in the eight areas of communications and advancement, leadership and governance, management, equity and justice, global education, sustainability, personal and professional development, and teaching and learning. We also offer more than 30 optional intensive workshops before and after the conference. In addition to the sessions and workshops, major speakers address the audience on big-picture topics related to the conference theme.
