Services for NAIS Member Schools
Welcome NAIS member schools! We've created this career resource center with all of your hiring, staff retention, and professional development needs in mind. You'll find hiring tips, assessment tools, legal resources, a professional development calendar, and, best of all, an area where member schools can post job openings free of charge. In addition to the Career Center, the NAIS website houses dozens of resources that can help you in recruiting and retaining good faculty and staff. Go to Browse Resources by Topic from any page, and look under the topic of School Management to find resources on best practices, recruitment strategies, tuition assistance programs, and more.
How to get startedImportant: In order to utilize the Career Center features you must be employed by an NAIS member school, have an individual NAIS web account and be rostered to an NAIS member school. All individuals employed by an NAIS member school have access to the Career Center. If you are employed by an NAIS member school and are not able to access the Career Center you will need to create a new NAIS profile or update your existing NAIS profile to add your name to your school's roster. Enter the Career Center now to post a job, search resumes or manage existing job postings. For instruction on how to use the Career Center or to find answers to the most common Career Center questions please see the Customer Service Center below.
