People of Color Conference Redesign Executive Summary

On January 12 -13, 2007, a design group assembled at the NAIS offices in Washington, DC, with the charge to redesign the People of Color Conference (PoCC). This group was brought together by Gene Batiste, vice president, Leadership Education and Diversity (LEAD), and facilitated by Betty Henderson Wingfield of BHW & Associates with graphic recording by Martha McGinnis of Visual Logic.
