Welcome to the 2009-10 StatsOnline Survey Season! The surveys are now open for data entry! StatsOnline is available to the following five administrators as noted in the NAIS membership database: Head, Business Manager, Director of Admission, Director of Financial, and Director of Development. If you need to access StatsOnline and are not one of the administrators listed above, please work with the person listed above to retrieve the information you are seeking. If your school roster needs to be updated, please send a request to schoolupdate@nais.org. The StatsOnline annual survey collects data on admissions, annual giving, financial aid, financial opefrations, salaries, schools, students, staff, and tuition. StatsOnline is available to the five key administrators at each participating school, who are responsible for providing the statistical data each year. The five administrators include: head, business manager, director of admission, director of development, and director of financial aid. StatsOnline will allow you to create customized statistical reports based upon the criteria of your choice. Once the data are collected, you may access the information through the various reports and tools listed below. StatsOnline Networking Community (new): Join this new online coummunity to exchange StatsOnline related ideas with colleagues, read about StatsOnline tips, and provide feedback on the surveys and benchmarking. The Benchmarking section of StatsOnline isavailable to the following NAISmember schooladministrators: head, business manager, director of development, director of admission, and director of financial aid.
- Financing Schools Calculator: Use this tool toproject budgets based on various preferred and possible scenarios to see the impact on the "bottom line" of changes in some of the variables. The calculator is available to the following NAISmember schooladministrators: head, business manager, director of development, director of admission, and director of financial aid.
- Executive Compensation Reports:(NEW!)Provide your board or compensation committee with an Executive Compensation Report so they can either authorize or perform a comparative compensation study (of salary, other forms of compensation, and benefits) and create a documented "rebuttable presumption" of the reasonableness of the compensation. The Executive Compensation Reports are available to the following NAIS member school administrators: head and business manager.
- The National Tables are available to all staff at NAIS member schools. The data available in the National Tables provide information and details that can be helpful in many different areas such as, the development of enrollment, staffing, and admission policies. You will also find information related to income and expenses, salaries, and budgetary data.
