The NAIS Student Diversity Leadership Conference (SDLC) is one of the most impactful events of its kind in the country. NAIS seeks a diverse group of professional educators and select college students to join veteran faculty members in designing and delivering the curriculum for this transformative event. Successful candidates will possess collaboration skills, student supervisory experience, and willingness to establish a safe, supportive, and interactive experience for high school students in grades 9-12.
SDLC faculty applicants must submit to and receive a clean background check to be considered for this role. Candidates also must be available during SDLC’s fall faculty development weekend and during the conference week, December 2-7, 2024.
