IFSEL Online Series: Foundational SEL: Building Belonging in K-6 Classrooms Online Course

This Institute for Social & Emotional Learning experiential online course helps K-6 educators build classrooms where students feel connected, emotionally safe, and ready to learn. Through practical lessons, rituals, and reflective practices, participants build confidence to lead SEL in ways that are authentic, engaging, and immediately usable. Participants learn to lead morning circles, support conflict repair, and communicate about SEL with students, families, and colleagues using common language and practices. We will develop an online cohort of peers to develop skills. Schools that send teams find the course helps foster more shared language, connection, and alignment across classrooms over time
