Designed for heads and senior leaders, this six-part series moves beyond individual tools to examine how schools can approach AI with intention. Sessions explore mission-aligned adoption, policy and skill-building, strategic planning and board reporting, complex decision-making, and the implications of AI for authority, accountability, teaching, and learning.
