Frequently Asked Questions

How do I navigate the new NAIS.org?

The redesigned navigation is built to help you find what you need faster. Use the utility bar at the top for quick access to Membership, Store, Directories, Contact, Member Login, and the main menu. Open the main menu to browse streamlined categories that reflect how you use NAIS resources.

How do I use the new search on NAIS.org?

The new search is faster, smarter, and designed around the way you work. Filter results by date, role, topic, and type to quickly find the most relevant information, then sort by relevance or most recent. Search scans across the entire site, so whether you’re looking for research, publications, events, or tools, you’ll get more accurate results with fewer clicks.

Where did my bookmarked links go? Will old links still work?

Most legacy links will automatically redirect to the relevant page on the new site. If a bookmark doesn’t resolve, use the improved site‑wide search or the Resource Center to find the latest version. You can also reach out to our team for help at loginhelp@nais.org or by submitting a ticket through our Help Center

Will my login credentials or access change?

No. Your existing NAIS login and access will remain the same. If you experience login issues or don't have access to content you normally have access to, try clearing your browser cache and cookies, logging out, then logging back in again. If you continue to experience issues, please contact loginhelp@nais.org or submit a ticket through our Help Center.

What’s new in the Resource Center?

The Resource Center consolidates NAIS research, magazine articles, blogs, advisories, webinars, podcasts, tools, and more into one location. You can browse by topic or role, apply filters, and save time with clearer, more descriptive titles and summaries.

Will there be downtime during the launch?

We do not anticipate any significant downtime. However, if you experience a disruption or are still seeing the old site, try refreshing your browser, or clearing your cache and cookies. If the issue persists, email loginhelp@nais.org

How do I report an issue or suggest improvements?
