Registration for Gather 2026 will open in September. Don’t miss this opportunity to join us in Boston, December 2-5. Gather 2026 will be held at the Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center, 415 Summer St., Boston, MA, 02210.
2026 Pricing
Pricing includes all conference programming from Wednesday–Friday, December 2–4, as well as breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday (December 3–4).
While some sessions may require advance sign-ups through the conference registration website or mobile app to support seating and space planning, all sessions are included in your registration and do not require an additional fee.

** To receive the discounted group registration rate, a group registration must be completed for five or more individuals from the same school at the same time.
Note: NAIS reserves the right to deny registration to any person or entity at its sole discretion if it deems their purpose may be disruptive to the spirit of the event.
Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations must be received via email at NAIS@maritz.com.
- On or before November 4, 2026: Full refund, less a $100 cancellation fee
- November 5–20, 2026: 50% refund
- After November 20, 2026: No refunds will be issued
We understand that unexpected circumstance may arise. If you believe you qualify for a medical or bereavement exception, please contact us at NAIS@martiz.com so we can review your request after the conference. Decisions regarding any exceptions to the cancellation policy will be made no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the conference.
Transfer Policy
Registrations may be transferred to a colleague from the same school or organization. To be eligible, the replacement attendee must register using a valid school or organization email address (e.g., "@schoolname.edu" or "@organizationname.org").
- Transfer requests received on or before November 20, 2026, will be processed prior to the conference.
- After November 20, 2026, transfer requests must be completed onsite at the registration desk.
NAIS will honor all transfer requests that meet the criteria outlined above.
