School Visits
School visits are free for Gather attendees but require pre-registration in the Gather registration portal.
Transportation and lunch are included in all school visits. You’ll need to pick up your conference badge at registration before attending your school visit. Additional details, including check-in instructions and timing, will be emailed to participants closer to the conference.
Mother Caroline Academy (MCA): Empowering Girls to Think Bigger, Bolder, and Beyond
Experience Mother Caroline Academy, the only all-girls, tuition-free independent school in Boston. Fay School: Creativity, Communication, and Global Community
Founded in 1866 and located 25 miles from Boston, Fay School is a premier coeducational community serving 475 students in kindergarten through Grade 9.
During this visit, Gather attendees will explore how Fay brings creativity, communication, and student agency to life across its academic program. Learn about the schoolwide Creativity & Design curriculum and the innovative Vox Inventum program, which helps students develop essential skills in public speaking, self-advocacy, and organization.

The Cambridge School of Weston (CSW): Progressive Education in Action
The Cambridge School of Weston is a gender-inclusive day and boarding school for grades 9–12 & PG and a nationally recognized leader in progressive education.
In place of a traditional semester or trimester model, the CSW calendar year is divided into six, six-week modules in a framework known as the Mod System. During each mod, students take three blocks of academic classes that meet every day for 90 minutes. This setup allows for breadth, depth, and curricular agency you won't find at any other school.
