About Exhibiting

Exhibiting at Gather offers an excellent opportunity to connect in person with the independent school community and its leaders. We are seeking organizations whose products, services, or resources support independent schools and align with Gather’s purpose of advancing inclusion and belonging through personal renewal and growth, school belonging, and engagement across community. 

Exhibit opportunities are limited. To provide a consistent process, we ask interested organizations to complete an interest form so that we can ensure exhibitors’ and sponsors’ offerings align with the mission and purpose of Gather. 

New this year, exhibitors will receive a turnkey exhibit space with custom graphics and the opportunity to save on shipping, material handling, and other incidental costs typically associated with purchasing booth space.

Standard Exhibit Booth — $2,950

Showcase your organization directly to independent school educators, administrators, and decision-makers in the NAIS Gather Commons. Exhibitors benefit from high attendee traffic, networking opportunities, and valuable face-to-face engagement.

Exhibit package includes:

• Two conference registrations
• Each turnkey exhibit includes (1) PVC Custom branded backwall, (1) six-foot table with NAIS branded kick panel, (2) barstools, basic power and basic Wi-Fi. 
• Company listing on the NAIS Gather website and mobile app
• Opportunities to engage with attendees throughout the conference
• Access to networking and exhibit hall activities

Nonprofit Exhibit Booth — $2,450

Designed specifically for nonprofit organizations, this exhibit opportunity provides affordable access to the NAIS Gather audience while supporting meaningful mission-driven engagement.

Exhibit package includes:

• Discounted exhibit booth space for qualifying nonprofits
• Two conference registrations
• Each turnkey exhibit includes (1) PVC Custom branded backwall, (1) six-foot table with NAIS branded kick panel, (2) barstools, basic power and basic wifi.
