Getting to Boston
Boston Logan International Airport (BOS)
The airport is approximately three (3) miles from the Seaport District, where the convention center and host hotels are located. Travel time typically ranges from 10–20 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and the mode of transportation.
Ground transportation to/from the airport:
- Public transit: The most convenient and cost-effective way to travel from Boston Logan International Airport to the Seaport District is via the MBTA Silver Line (SL1). The SL1 provides free service from all airport terminals and drops passengers in the heart of the Seaport District, including a stop at the World Trade Center, inapproximately 10–15 minutes.
- Rideshare (Uber/Lyft): Travel time is typically 10–20 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. Fares generally range from $25–$40. Follow the airport's designated rideshare pick-up signs upon arrival.
- Taxi: A quick and direct option, with travel times typically around 10–15 minutes. Metered fares generally range from $20–$30, plus gratuity. Taxis are readily available outside the baggage claim and arrivals levels.
- Water taxi: A scenic and unique way to travel across the harbor. Services such as Rowes Wharf Water Transport and Boston Water Taxi operate between the airport dock and various locations in the Seaport District. Fares typically range from $10–$15 per person.
