Currently the director of Discovery Programs on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, Elaine Winter has been lower school principal of the Little Red School House (New York) and more recently the director of The Parent Center at Henry Street Settlement in New York City. She is currently collaborating on a book entitled Lessons from a Proud School.
