Dick Ewing is the interim executive director of the Elementary School Heads Association (ESHA) and the president-elect of the American College of Sofia, Bulgaria. He has had extensive experience on independent school and nonprofit boards as a trustee and board leader as well as a head of school. A member of the U.S. Rowing Hall of Fame, he has also had experience on mediocre as well as championship teams.
