John Littleford is the founder of Littleford & Associates and has been a Consultant to independent and international schools worldwide since 1983. He was previously head of school at Breck School in Minneapolis, Minnesota; University School of Milwaukee in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; and La Jolla Country Day School in La Jolla, California, and the co-author of the book, “Faculty Salary Systems in Independent Schools” published by NAIS for 18 years.
