Lucretia “Lukie” Wells is senior design partner at Design Group International, supporting school leaders, senior administrative teams, and boards. For 35 years, she has worked in independent schools, including as head of school and director of accreditation for the Pennsylvania Association of Independent Schools. She also helped organize NAIS’s Coaches’ Corner at Thrive 2026.
