Nicole Brittingham Furlonge

Nicole Brittingham Furlonge, PhD, is executive director of the Klingenstein Center for Independent and International School Leadership and Professor of Practice at Teachers College, Columbia University. She is the author of Race Sounds: The Art of Listening in African American Literature and works with educators, school leaders, and boards to develop listening as a core leadership practice and organizational capacity.
