Great Schools Partnership

The Great Schools Partnership is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit school-support organization working to redesign education and improve learning for all students. We build educator and leader capacity through a customized and ongoing coaching approach to uncover and address inequities and improve learning for all students. GSP coaches use a tailored coaching approach that involves understanding the unique context, assets, and challenges of your school or district system. We utilize research-based tools such as Elements of Effective Instruction and Global Best Practices, as a framework to inform school improvement strategies. We understand that no single school improvement model will be a perfect fit for every school and community, so we are continually refining and adapting our strategies—each based on evidence-based practices and the specialized needs of our schools and partners—to achieve measurable gains across three distinct components of a school and district community: systems planning, teaching and learning, culture and community.
