Available Courses
1. Social Emotional Learning Routines with AI as a Support Partner
This course lays the foundation for weaving social-emotional learning (SEL) and AI into everyday teaching. Educators will explore how AI can support core SEL practices such as self-awareness, self-management, empathy, and building positive relationships, while keeping human connection at the center. Through activities like AI-assisted scenario planning and role-play simulations, participants will gain strategies to help learners better understand themselves and connect with others. By the end of the course, educators will be equipped with engaging, AI-supported routines to foster a classroom culture grounded in emotional intelligence and belonging.
Modules include:
- Unlocking SEL with AI
- Emotional Intelligence in Action with AI Routines
- Making SEL Visible with AI
2. Cultivating Learner SEL Skills with AI as a Partner in Practice
This course invites educators to deepen their own social-emotional awareness and consider how that inner work shapes learner resilience, self-awareness, and self-regulation in the classroom. Educators will examine how emotional awareness, modeling, and reflective practice influence classroom culture, while designing learning experiences grounded in belonging, trust, and growth. Across the modules, educators will partner with AI for scenario practice, communication coaching, reflective journaling, and personalized goal setting, while keeping human judgment and relationships at the center. By the end of the course, participants will leave with practical strategies and a resilience toolkit to support everyday classroom life.
Modules include:
- Enhancing Adult SEL with AI
- Empowering Resilient Learners with AI
- Envisioning Classroom Culture with AI
3. Teaming with AI to Strengthen Restorative Classroom Practices
This course establishes a restorative, relationship-centered foundation for classroom management and shows how AI can thoughtfully support it. Educators learn how to design supportive learning environments, strengthen learner-teacher trust, and use AI to model logical consequences, and reflective practices that build safety, belonging, and empathy. Across the three modules, educators will explore proactive routines, positive discipline, and restorative tools like listening circles, while leveraging AI for insight and follow-through. By the end, participants will be equipped with practical strategies to create classroom cultures where learners share ownership of the space and community.
Modules include:
- Paths to Belonging and Intro to AI
- Strengthening Learner–Teacher Relationships with AI Supports
- Modeling Routines and Logical Consequences with AI
4. Multi-Tiered Learner Supports with AI as a Partner in Inquiry
This course builds a working understanding of a restorative, relationship-centered system of learner support. Educators explore how tiered supports, when rooted in relationship and equity, create the conditions for every learner to be seen, supported, and included. Across the modules, educators examine their environment, develop and test hypotheses about learner needs, and design support plans that reflect both evidence and care. AI serves as an inquiry partner throughout, helping educators surface assumptions, examine their own thinking, and stress-test plans before they reach the people who need them most. By the end, participants have a situated snapshot of what their learner support system looks like where they work and a deeper sense of how restorative, relationship-centered practices make tiered support possible.
Modules include:
- Understanding Behavior with AI as a Mirror
- Seeing the Whole Learner with AI as a Synthesis Partner
- Exploring Supports with AI as a Thought Partner
- Designing Tiered Supports with AI as an Inquiry Partner
5. Partnering with AI for Neurodivergent Learners
In this course, educators will learn how to partner with AI to ground their teaching practice in a strengths-based lens in service of students who require extra classroom supports. Educators will examine practical ways to recognize strengths, establish meaningful goals, personalize access, and engage in purposeful communication with students. Each module pairs a learner competency, such as executive functioning, social-emotional learning, or communication, with a specific AI strategy, ensuring that pedagogy remains central while technology serves a supporting role. By the end of this course, educators will leave with specific strategies and tools to support their teaching and learning practices in service of neuro- or physio- divergent learners.
Modules include:
- From a Deficit Mindset to a Strengths Mindset
- Goal Setting with AI as a Thought Partner
- Strategic Planning with AI as a Design Partner
- Academic Access with AI as a Learning Partner
- Making Ideas Visible with AI as a Communication Partner
- Social Emotional Skills with AI as a Coaching Partner
- Bringing it All Together and Next Steps
