2026 ISEEN Catalyst Institute

Catalyst Institute is ISEEN’s flagship 5-day retreat for leadership teams ready to lead the shift to moving experiential learning from periphery to core. Grounded in ISEEN's values of adaptability, community, inclusivity, and passion, participants reflect, innovate, and lead with confidence, translating experiential pedagogy into concrete, lasting action plans for their own campuses. Catalyst is built for independent school leadership teams, including Heads of School, Division/Assistant Heads, DEI Directors, Academic Deans, Deans of Faculty, and Directors of Experiential Programs who want to embed experiential education more deeply into their school's culture and curriculum.
