In partnership with Connection Labs, the NAIS Leadership Lab brings together a national cohort of independent school practitioners to grow their leadership capacity through a dynamic and interactive online learning community.
Over the course of eight thoughtfully designed virtual sessions, participants will explore key leadership themes, including strengths, leadership styles, trust, psychological safety, and conflict resolution. The spiraled curriculum builds session by session, fostering deep self-awareness and stronger interpersonal connections to support team success. Participation is limited, so register today!
Course Components
- 30 minutes of independent pre-series setup
- Eight 60-minute facilitated Zoom sessions
- 60–90 minutes of independent prep before each session
