The Lab School of Washington Speaker Series: The Secret Power of a Growth Mindset at Home and School

The speaker for this session is Mary Cay Ricci, educational consultant and author of Mindsets in the Classroom and Ready to Use Resources for Mindsets in the Classroom. She is a lifelong educator who has been an elementary and middle school teacher, instructional specialist, and central office administrator. She has been applying Carol Dweck's growth mindset research to classrooms, schools, and districts since 2009.
