The Grauer School
The Grauer School (est. 1991), located in the coastal town of Encinitas, North County of San Diego, California, is a grades 7-12 independent college preparatory school balancing academic rigor with expeditionary learning. Grauer focuses on relationship-driven education and Socratic-style teaching and is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and is a member of the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) and a number of fine professional associations. Named one of the Top 10 Best Places to Work in the Nation by Outside Magazine, The Grauer School is honored to be the only school in its region to be honored as a designated UNESCO school.
