The Mount Vernon School
We are a school of inquiry, innovation, and impact. Grounded in Christian values, we prepare all students to be college ready, globally competitive, and engaged citizen leaders. Established in 1972, Mount Vernon School, located on 47 acres in the heart of Sandy Springs, serves children ages six weeks through Grade 12. MUSTANGS ARE INSPIRED TO IMPACT OTHERS At Mount Vernon, the lines are being blurred between school and real life. When MV students are presented with opportunities, they discover courage. When they meet experts, they exercise poise. As they are exposed to a variety of authentic situations, they develop empathy. Our students are building critical social and academic skills, which will equip them to succeed in a world we have not yet met.
