Laurel Springs School
Laurel Springs School is an accredited online private school catering to K-12 students and postgraduates. Where conventional education often falls short in offering flexibility, diversity in perspectives, and sincere passion for learning, Laurel Springs stands out. We are driven by our mission to engage global learners in an educational experience that emphasizes individuality, integrates their passions and pursuits, and fosters a sense of community. Simply put, we partner with families to empower their students to lead their own stories. For over 30 years, we’ve championed the blending of students’ academic pursuits with their personal passions, interests and aspirations. From performing artists and emerging athletes to entrepreneurs, product designers and computer scientists, thousands of students from around the world have discovered their life rhythm at Laurel Springs. Our students go on to Tier 1 athletic programs, win medals at the Olympics, start their own successful businesses, join top-tier colleges and universities, and so much more. Of the 600+ graduates from the Class of 2024, 80% were offered admission to their first-choice school – including over 500 colleges and universities around the world - 20% are attending schools with selectivity rates lower than 25%, and 6% moved directly into a professional career. In 2024-25, four students received AP Capstone Diplomas or AP Seminar/Research Certificates, and LSS received the AP Computer Science Female Diversity Award for both AP Computer Science A and AP Computer Science Principles -- the only online school to receive this award for both classes. But beyond that, Laurel Springs is more than an online academic program — it's a vibrant online and in-person community where students connect through over 65 clubs/activities, 10 different Honors Societies, monthly in-person field trips, and in so many other ways. Laurel Springs is a community where students are celebrated for their unique pursuits and personal triumphs, and are encouraged to imagine what their lives could truly be and make it happen.
