Hamilton Park Montessori
Mission The goal of Hamilton Park Montessori School (HPMS) is to create a high-quality Montessori learning environment that meets the social, emotional, cognitive and physical needs of its community members. The curriculum at HPMS is based on the Montessori Method, created by Dr. Maria Montessori, one of the first female physicians in Italy, who was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize for her work in the field of education. At HPMS, high standards are set for children who are educated in a positive Montessori environment that encourages independence, respect, growth and community membership. In this environment, children not only “learn how to learn,” but they learn how to be members of a caring community.
