The Lillian and Betty Ratner Montessori School
The mission of The Ratner Montessori School to empower a diverse community of students to find joy in learning and to become their best selves. Ratner is a school designed for the curious, creative and caring child. Our Montessori programs promote independence, while fostering mutual respect and a sense of community. Montessori-trained teachers and students develop close relationships that allow for respect and appreciation of the individual within their community and environment, as well as deep learning within the academic fields. Ratner’s Montessori approach enhances the child’s executive functioning skills, such as responsibility, ownership, time management, organization, and goal-setting, building a strong foundation for how to be a life-long learner.
