NAIS Leadership Lab: Online Learning Experience

In partnership with Connection Labs, the NAIS Leadership Lab brings together a national cohort of independent school practitioners to grow their leadership capacity through a dynamic and interactive online learning community.

Over the course of eight thoughtfully designed virtual sessions, beginning the week of January 26, 2026, through the week of March 16, 2026, participants will explore key leadership themes, including strengths, leadership styles, trust, psychological safety, and conflict resolution. The spiraled curriculum builds session by session, fostering deep self-awareness and stronger interpersonal connections to support team success. Spots are limited.
