Gather: A Convening for Renewal and Growth, Belonging, and Impact

We invite our NAIS community to Gather: A Convening for renewal and growth, belonging, and impact, which will be held December 2-5, 2026, in Boston. 

The vision for Gather emerged through a collaborative process led by the NAIS Program Design Team, in partnership with our board and informed by the voices of members across the community—shaping not only a new name, but a forward-looking vision grounded in values of inclusion and belonging, connection, learning, and shared responsibility.

 

Building on the legacy of the NAIS People of Color Conference, the vision for Gather is to strengthen growth, belonging, and impact across the entire school community—especially for those who feel less centered or more vulnerable within their institutions. Three interconnected strands at the event will give participants opportunities for meaningful connection, dialogue, and learning that shape both individual practice and institutional impact.
