Kevin Navarro is the assistant head of school at The College School in St. Louis, Missouri, a preschool through eighth-grade experiential and project-based learning school. His doctoral work was in the field of character education and democratic school governance, and his research is about how school leaders who show vulnerability can help foster a more connected and dynamic learning community among staff. *As of July 1, 2017, Navarro will be head of school at Greensboro Montessori School.
