Kevin Weatherill is head of the upper school at Spartanburg Day School (SC) and former head of the upper school at St. Martin's Episcopal School (LA). He previously served as coach, English teacher, and director of college counseling in several independent schools. The three met in graduate school at Vanderbilt University while pursuing their doctorates in educational leadership and policy.
